Compensation: $45,000 – $75,000 Per Year
Qualifications & Skills
- Licensed as a Radon Inspector in Rhode Island (required to apply).
- Minimum of two years of experience in environmental assessment, construction, or related fields (preferred).
- Certified in relevant areas such as mold, asbestos, lead, radon, or water quality inspections.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Physically capable of lifting 30 lbs., accessing confined spaces, and performing inspections in diverse environments.
- Pass a background check.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct environmental inspections, including radon, mold, air quality, water testing, and hazardous material assessments.
- Adhere to state and federal environmental standards in all inspections.
- Deliver detailed and accurate reports with actionable recommendations.
- Build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and industry professionals.
- Stay updated on environmental regulations and maintain relevant certifications.
Physical & Working Conditions
- Work in residential, commercial, and industrial environments with exposure to varying conditions.
- Tasks may involve confined spaces, outdoor work, and physical activity such as bending, crawling, and lifting.
