Qualifications & Skills
- Strong background in customer service, client relations, or insurance services (preferred).
- Familiarity with C.L.U.E. reports, utility setups, and the insurance claims process (preferred, training provided).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients professionally and empathetically.
- Highly organized with attention to detail, especially when reviewing and explaining reports or coordinating utility setups.
- Ability to manage multiple client interactions efficiently and within a defined timeline.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and standard office software.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for occasional on-site client meetings.

Key Responsibilities
- Contact clients within 24 hours of their home inspection to deliver their complimentary C.L.U.E. (Comprehensive Loss Underwriting Exchange) report.
- Review and explain the insurance claims revealed in the report, ensuring clients understand any potential impacts on their premiums.
- Offer personalized insurance quotes to help clients secure competitive rates and avoid surprises from unknown claims.
- Serve as the client’s primary point of contact for finding the best deals and coordinating the setup of utilities, including water, internet, TV, security, electricity, gas, and more.
- Provide guidance on moving services, ensuring clients have access to reliable, cost-effective options.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and follow up as needed to address additional questions or concerns.
- Collaborate with the customer care team to ensure a seamless client experience.
Physical & Working Conditions
- Primarily a remote role with occasional in-person meetings based on client needs.
- Must be available to respond to client inquiries promptly and meet service deadlines.
